Welcome to the CRAB Annual Reporting System (CARS) Web Help

The Washington State County Road Administration Board (CRAB) provides accountability through standards of good practice, fair administration of funding programs, and technical and professional assistance to the 39 Washington State County Road Departments in accordance with (RCW 36.78.070).

 

RCW 36.78.070 requires CRAB to establish, by rule, Standards of Good Practice for the “administration of county roads and the efficient movement of people and goods over county roads”.

 

CRAB verifies County compliance with the Standards of Good Practice using various methods throughout the year. In order to help counties to comply with the standards, CRAB staff provides a variety of resources, training,and requires substantial annual reporting.

 

The CARS Web Help System will provide you with instructions and information on all of the required annual reports and submittals due to CRAB throughout the year.
